Every class at Empact follows a periodized strength cycle — programming that builds on itself week over week. Nothing random, nothing recycled.

Classes are capped at 16. Your coach knows your name and your numbers. You get corrected on form in real time — every session, not just the first one.

Every 4–12 weeks a new strength cycle. Progressive, intentional, never random.

Warm-up & Mobility
Movement prep specific to the main lift of the day. Not generic stretching — targeted preparation that gets your body ready for what's coming.

Main Lift
The primary movement for this week's cycle. You work from a weight you logged last session. Your coach watches every set, cues your form, and tells you what to write down.
20–25 min
03
Accessory Work
Supporting movements that reinforce the main lift. Programmed with intent, not filler. Everything logged in the app.
15–20 min
04
Finisher — your choice
End with cardio or an additional strength piece. You decide based on your goals and how you feel that day. Optional but programmed — never random.
8–12 min
