Common questions

The questions people ask before they sign up.

I haven't trained in a while — or at all.

Some of our best members hadn't trained in two years before they started. Classes are capped at 16 and every movement is scaled to where you are. You won't be left behind.

I'm worried it'll be too competitive or intimidating.

This comes up a lot. The honest answer: you don't feel lost here, and you don't feel judged. The community is the thing members say they can't find anywhere else — not the leaderboard.

I love cardio. I'm not sure strength training is for me.

Several of our most consistent members came from running or endurance backgrounds thinking the same thing. Strength didn't replace their cardio — it made everything else better. Sleep, energy, physical resilience.

I don't like running or HYROX-style workouts.

Empact is strength-first. Cardio finishers are optional every single class. HYROX training exists for people who want it — it's not the identity of the gym.

What if I decide it's not for me after 21 days?

You walk away. No follow-up calls, no pressure to re-sign. We'd rather lose a trial member than keep one who didn't love it.

Can I book multiple classes per day?

Yes — unlimited means unlimited. You can book multiple classes per day depending on availability. Morning strength session and an evening finisher? Go for it.
