No. Empact Athletics is a strength gym that runs periodized barbell and dumbbell cycles in small group classes. We are not affiliated with CrossFit. Classes are capped at 16, every lift is tracked, and programming builds progressively week over week.

How much does it cost to join Empact Athletics?

We offer a 21-day PACT trial for $169 + HST with unlimited class access and personal coaching every session. After the trial, memberships start from $249/month. $84 from your trial is credited to your first month if you continue.

Do I need experience to train at Empact?

No experience needed. Our coaches work with complete beginners through to competitive athletes in the same class. Every movement is coached and scaled to your level.
