We Don't Sell Classes. Here's Why.

If you've looked at gym memberships recently, you've seen the same options everywhere: a monthly membership, a class pack, maybe a drop-in rate. Pick your volume. Pay accordingly.

We don't offer that. No class packs, no punch cards. And if you're considering Empact for the first time, that's probably the first question - why?

The honest answer is that class packs don't produce the results we want for our members. Not because people don't show up. Because of what the model does to the psychology of showing up.

When you buy sessions, you become a consumer of training. When you have a membership that is not capped, you become a member of a training program.

Those are different things.

A consumer decides each time whether this particular session is worth spending one of their remaining credits. They weigh it against work, against tiredness, against the cost of the session sitting unused. Every class requires a small negotiation.

A member just trains. It's Tuesday. Tuesday is upper body day. My goal is a stronger upper body, getting better at push ups and pull ups, and better upper back and shoulder mobility. The decision to get better is made once, at the beginning, and it becomes second nature to just show up every week.

That psychological shift is enormous and is almost impossible to build inside a class pack model.

There's also a structural reason.

We run periodized strength cycles at Empact. Your lifts are tracked. Your numbers are logged. Each session is designed to build on the last one. Your coach knows your 5RM, 3RM, 1RM, your injury history, where you left off, and where the program is taking you next.

That only works if you stay in it continuously.

The programming is built for members, based on members weak points, not visitors.

This is also why we stopped calling it "unlimited."

Unlimited is a volume word. It tells you what you can do - come as many times as you want. What it doesn't tell you is what you're actually buying, which isn't a quantity of classes. It's continuous access to a training program that's designed around your specific weaknesses, tracked week over week by coaches who know your name and your numbers. It’s the one on one attention and coaching you receive, it’s the community that lifts you up, it’s the friendships you form along the way, and it’s the routine that makes your life better.

We renamed it E-PACT. Full Training Access. Because that's the accurate description of what it is. You make a pact to stick to the program, show up, do the work, and achieve your goals with no restrictions.

If you're the kind of person who wants to get stronger, lose fat, build the body that actually reflects the work you're putting in… the model matters as much as the effort.

Most gyms will sell you classes. We'd rather build you a program the delivers results.

If that's what you're looking for, the 21-day PACT trial is the right place to start.
