How it works

Personal coaching in a group environment.

Every 4–12 weeks, Empact members move through a new strength cycle — barbell and dumbbell work designed to build on itself, not repeat itself. Classes are capped at 16. Every lift is tracked in the app. Every session ends with a choice of finisher.

But the thing members say they can't find anywhere else isn't the equipment or the schedule. It's that inside a group class, you still get coached like an individual. Your form corrected in real time. Your progress known. Your coaches know your name and your numbers.

Every 4–12 weeks a new strength cycle. Progressive, intentional, never random. Your lifts build on themselves week over week.
